HOPI junior program
The HOPI junior program is an opportunity that gives you more than two years' experience in the lecture. You will go through all the departments of a growing company and you will look closely at all the processes of a multinational firm. Our experienced mentors will practically launch your career.
What can you expect ?
You will go through all the departments
This is Transport, this is IT. Each department works differently and has different specifics. You will go through them all and if you like one after the end of the program, you can further develop your skills in it.
You will spend at least a month abroad
We are a Slovak logistics company, and because of our high demand in our services, we are essentially looking for new colleagues to join our company. We will teach newcomers and reward you with great performance. We are always looking for skilled workers who want to grow their career with us.
Regular salary and conditions
This is not an internship. By joining the Junior program, you automatically become the Hopík we count on. With some responsibility, we will also give you the full salary, benefits and everything related to work. At the same time, we will take into account that you are still learning.
Education and corporate events
We know that young people are our future, so we invest in you in the form of educational courses, workshops and training. You will not miss our regular corporate events, whether sports or social.
What will help you?
You are a graduate
Ok, this is the main condition. The program is designed for graduates who are no more than two years after school.
You speak languages
Do you speak English? Great, we'll definitely use it. Can you speak Polish, Hungarian, Slovak or Romanian? You are one foot with us.
You have practice
If you have an Erasmus or internship practice, it will help you a lot.
Field of focus
We have no preference here. Are you interested in business, human resources, transport or the implementation of information systems? There is really everyone with us.
